Shipping Policy

 

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Services and DHL; and take approximately 3-5 business days to ship after processing. After items are shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided with your purchase.

Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed prior shipping.

All orders are processed and shipped during business days, this does not include weekends or holidays.

International orders can range between 1 and 2 weeks to arrive, based on the carrier service selected after the order is placed.

If your tracking number confirms that your package has been delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the courier service provider. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered.

If items have not been received, they can be located by using your tracking number.
